Job Title: 
Bakery and patisserie Lecturer. 

Role Purpose: 
Teaching , Education , Training. 

Job Role: 
Candidate must have a Good academic record with at least 55% marks or B+ (or an equivalent grade in a point scale where ever grading system is followed) in minimum 3 years Degree/Diploma in HMCT/Hospitality studies or equivalent conferred by a recognized University/IHM, and minimum 3 years of Industry experience. 

Key Skills: 
Most Imp: 
Looking for candidate from hotel industry, teaching background or ready to teach. 

Skills: 
Should be well versed in preparation of Bakery products 
Ability to motivate and inspire a range of students. 
Effective written & verbal communication skills, proven organisational skills. 
Ability to work as an effective team member under pressure and to deadlines 

Industry Preference: 
Multi Cuisine Restaurants, 3 Star / 5 Star Hotels, Teaching Industry. 
(Any candidate who has teaching experience, or ready to teach) 

Experience: 
2-4 years 

Relevant Experience: 
3 years 

Job location: 
Nerul

Working Days: 
6 Days – 8.5 hr shift. 
(1st & 3rd Saturday off)
